We offer shipping for selected styles of our pots sized SMALL – LARGE only. If you would like to purchase any other pots – please contact us for a shipping quote  or visit your local Stockists. Any orders of more than 10 pots, please contact us for more details. 

Shipping rates are a flat rate per pot/set. All rates are calculated in AUD, and are inclusive of all taxes and packing. Please note – we currently only ship to AUSTRALIA.

All products are packaged with care to ensure they arrive to you safely. All deliveries will need to be signed for upon receipt of goods. Please list a Business/Work address if you will not be home during Business Hours.

Returns, Exchange and Cancellation Policy - ONLINE ORDERS

Please choose carefully before placing your order, On The Side does not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind.

If in the unlikely event however that a product is damaged or faulty, please contact us  at onthesidepots@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will organise an appropriate course of action. All shipping costs incurred are non refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged, modified or tampered with and not in accordance with normal use. Any modifications made to the products will automatically void all warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In accordance with ACCC Regulations, any orders placed via our website are able to be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement with no penalty. Please contact us immediately at onthesidepots@gmail.com for all cancellations.
